The following items are mentioned as its features
Diversity and freshness of ingredients, and respect for their inherent flavors

An expression of natural beauty and the changing seasons
Close links with annual events
We would like to support further promotion of Washoku, globally-recognized Japanese food as much as possible.
Beautiful tempura, simmered dish, grilled dish, and
Sushi and Sashimi which we don’t have to translate into Raw Fish anymore.
Also, noodle pots, curry rice and ramen noodles are playing an important role
to promote Japanese food although they are not quite traditional Japanese food.
